It's not hard to see why Karl Lagerfeld chose Lily Allen and Keira Knightley as his muses.
The trendy girls were the epitome of understated chic at the Chanel show today, both looking effortlessly cool in the French label at the Grand Palais.
A pregnant Lily, due next year, was sporting opaque tights, black dress and tweed coat, glowing as she made her way to the front row.
Keira, sporting a chic new chestnut bob, opted for beige dress and black tweed blazer.

Also in attendance were models Claudia Schiffer and French Chanel muse Vanessa Paradis.

Actress Rachel Bilson brightened up the monochrome show in a pastel dress. The style icon has been a major fixture on the Paris circuit with her flawless wardrobe.
The stunning collection was a hit as Vogue proclaimed it the only show worth watching.
The magazine Tweeted: 'Don't really want to see another show after Chanel, it was so amazing, anything else might feel flat'.
The impressive set, modeled on a Versailles garden, made for a complicated runway - taking models a good five minutes to walk across.
For an on-trend twist, male model Brad and his son, Hudson, 2, captured the ladies' hearts as he made his catwalk debutin matching Chanel jackets.
It seems Lagerfeld has cottoned on to the real stars of fashion - children - after Willow Smith and Suri Cruise have overtaken even their celebrity parents in popularity.
Former muse Ines de la Fressange, who was greeted with wild applause, took to the catwalk sporting a black chiffon gown.
Fashion forward: Claudia Schiffer, Vanessa Paradis and Rachel Bilson also attend the show
De la Fressange was the first model to sign an exclusive deal with the fashion house in the 1980s.
The designer/model duo had a falling out however after de la Fressange posed for the Marianne bust, a patriotic symbol displayed all over France.
Lagerfeld condemned the decision and the pair parted ways.

Wow factor: The impressive set at the was modelled on Versailles at the Grand Palais museum
The mother of two teenage daughters said it was the first time she'd walked for Chanel in 21 years.
The show was a roaring success with many industry insiders wondering how Chanel would top last season's arctic- themed show.
But the moth-eaten suits, hotpants and statement jewelery were the perfect compliment to the spectacular setting.

Grey, pastels and monochrome will be the colours for next season as the earthy palette was offset by plenty of texture.
Denim, feathers, tweed and organza featured heavily in the collection.
But the classic Chanel suit, it seems, despite the modern take and constant updates, will always be in style.
Short: Better get toned legs this summer as the classic Chanel suits are back - with a twist - hotpants
Mellow yellow: Wedges, statement jewelery, feathers and smoky eyes featured heavily in the new collection
Spotted: Anna Wintour keeps her shades on, as does Lily in the cool front row
